Who is Glenroyal?
Glenroyal Chic is a line created by Glenroyal from Scotland owned by Checker Leather Ltd. The line is very popular in Europe and has been in the US for approximately only 5 years. Glenroyal does not sell direct to the public.
What are the bags made of?
The bags are made of a durable Vinyl (similar to what Fendi uses for many of their bags) which is very DURABLE, LIGHTWEIGHT and WATERPROOF! Trimmed in real leather (always chocolate brown). The Canvas Reversibles are made of a tough canvas and trimmed in chocolate brown leather as well.
When do you charge my credit card?
Rest easy... we don't charge your credit card until your merchandise goes out the door.
How long will it take to get my order
The product is stocked in our Cleburne, Texas warehouse and shipped typically the same business day as the order is placed. You will typically have your order in 2-3 business days from the time you place your order. This shipping estimate does not apply to the items on the Special Orders page.
Returns
When you receive your item if you are not happy with it we will happily return your money (less shipping) or exchange it. Email us at customerservice@glenroyalonline.com with your name & original order #. We will send you a Return Authorization # along with shipping instructions.
When we receive your items, we will refund your order amount less the original shipping charges. If the item was defective in any way then we will happily replace it at no charge.
To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition and include all accessories. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you.
All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer unless it is for an exchange due to a defective product.
